To qualify for any of the award categories below, you must have transacted at least 5 properties, each with a positive review attached, throughout the 2020 & 2021 calendar year.

The three data points used in our proprietary algorithm include:

• Total properties transacted in the last 24 months within the specific awards category
  
• Total verified reviews in the last 24 months within the specific awards category
  
• Review/Sales Ratio: this is the percentage of all your transactions over the last 12 months that have a positive client review (includes all transactions across cities, counties and states).
  

We will recognize a winner on city, county, state, regional (details below), and national levels. The number 1 agent in the country will claim the title of US Agent of the Year on January 26th, 2022 in conjunction with Inman Connect in NYC.

Our US winner with the title US Agent of the year, will receive an all expense paid trip to Australia to announce the 2023 winner where this all began (Covid and travel restrictions permitting of course).
